Elix MediTour (operator Medical Tourism India) does not control or operate any Treating Institution, neither does it operate or control any facility or service provided by the Treating Institution mentioned in the Package. Elix MediTour takes care in selecting all the ingredients in the Package and has no control whatsoever in running the Treating Institution and hence, Elix MediTour cannot be made liable/responsible for any delay, default, failure, improper services/deficiency in services provided by the Treating Institution and/or for any injury, sickness, accident, discomfort, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which may arise due to any act of negligence, deficiency or default in services of the management or employees of the Treating Institution.
By using elixmeditours.ca – Elix MediTour's online website for Medical Tourism, you hereby agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). elixmeditours.ca ("DataLife Health Company") reserves the right at its discretion to change the Terms of this Agreement and will provide notice of any such changes by online posting. Your continued use of Elix MediTour's online website after posting any notice of change in terms shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such changes.
The Participant/Patient or their representatives must read these terms carefully before signing the registration form. Signing and making payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms and forms a binding contract between Elix MediTour and the Participant/Patient.
The Treating Institution shall be solely responsible for all treatments provided, including any complications or emergencies. Elix MediTour is not responsible for the same. Complaints regarding the services of the Treating Institution must be directed to the institution directly.
You may select additional tour or travel services such as transfers, hotel booking, flight tickets, translator services, etc., to combine with your healthcare package. Elix MediTour will assist in providing these services through its Leisure Holidays department.
You may also avail of additional services offered by Elix MediTour during your stay in India. Details, costs, and terms are available on request.
Packages offered by Elix MediTour are subject to the following:
Elix MediTour provides complimentary consultations based on your medical history and reports. The cost quotation will include only listed services. Any additional costs due to unforeseen complications will be detailed before proceeding. Full payment must be made prior to confirmed bookings.
The quotation excludes insurance or additional expenses. Patients are advised to obtain travel and medical insurance before traveling to India.

Refunds for cancelled or unutilized services will follow the cancellation policy and may take up to 3–5 weeks for processing as per Indian banking procedures.
Elix MediTour is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages due to natural calamities, accidents, cancellations, or other uncontrollable events. Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance. All itineraries are indicative and may change for participant safety or convenience.
You agree to indemnify and hold Elix MediTour and its associates harmless from any losses, liabilities, or claims arising from your use of the services in violation of this agreement.
Any medical disputes or malpractice claims shall be pursued only against the treating doctor or institution within the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Elix MediTour acts only as a facilitator and not as a healthcare provider.
By using this website and its services, you agree that any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and under the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
